Are there tenant screenings?

Yes. After you submit a tenancy application, we will screen candidates.

Can we conduct any experiments in the laboratories?

In principle, biological experiments involving harmful organisms or experiments on animals are not permitted.
However, we will decide on the appropriateness of experiments upon receiving our designated environmental assessment prior to tenancy.

Can we be a tenant if our company has just been established?

Please click here if you are newly establishing a company or if you desire small laboratories or offices and your company was established within the past five years.

Is there any way I can find information about tenancy applications?

For the status of tenancy applications, please contact us upon indicating the items below:
- Desired terms of tenancy
- - Use (office or laboratory), desired area, purpose, term of tenancy
- Client information
- - Name of company, address, name of person in charge, contact details

Is there a parking lot?

We have a parking lot below ground. We can engage in monthly agreement with tenants.

We will check the effects of your R&D on the external environment as necessary. In principle, biological experiments involving harmful organisms or experiments on animals are not permitted. Verification typically takes about one month.

- Confirm and conclude agreement
This is the final check of the agreement’s terms and conditions and typically takes about one month.
