Yes. After you submit a tenancy application, we will screen candidates.

Can we conduct any experiments in the laboratories?

In principle, biological experiments involving harmful organisms or experiments on animals are not permitted.
However, we will decide on the appropriateness of experiments upon receiving our designated environmental assessment prior to tenancy.

Can we be a tenant if our company has just been established?
